CREEDA Projects Pty Ltd, an independent company, focuses on small and medium enterprise development and research. Julian Webb, the Managing Director, and his team have been pioneers in the development of the incubation industry in Australia and overseas, working with the full spectrum of incubator types and advising governments on policy. Julian has been consulting independently since he left CREEDA Inc in 2003.  Under his stewardship the CREEDA Incubators in Canberra won the International Incubator of the Year Award (2001 in the USA) and the Metropolitan Incubator of the Year Award and Minister's Award for special achievement in Australia (2000).

CREEDA Projects Pty Ltd has undertaken more than fifty feasibility studies and planning assignments in all Australian States, PNG, Iran. Palestine, Malaysia, New Zealand and China, leading to the establishment of more than thirty business Incubators.

The key people involved in incubator consulting work are:

• Julian Web, founding Chairman of ANZABI, ex CEO, CREEDA, Managing Director CREEDA Projects Pty Ltd who has been continuously involved in the industry since 1984. Julian has in depth practitioner experience and detailed knowledge of Australian and international incubators
• Amanda Kenyon, Past Chairperson ANZABI who was another of the industry pioneers in Australia. Amanda brings a government funding perspective to the team
• Dr Kim Houghton, an economist focussing on small, micro and home based business development. Kim brings economic analysis skills and experience to the team as well as in depth knowledge of issues facing micro and home based business

The team have developed a number of practical tools and programs specifically for growth oriented micro and small businesses and are complemented by a range of other associate consultants for their broader SME development work.
